- That was indeed funny, and ridiculous for obama to say. And he seems to be inferring that illegals won't receive health care but hey the immigration system is broken and they would receive health care if it was fixed. To him, it's about votes.
Does the health bill proposed by Democratic Sen. Max Baucus, with its option for co-ops instead of a government-run insurance plan, offer a good middle ground?

When was the last time you heard of a marijuana user beating up their wife??? It will increase crime? Actually quite the opposite..... 800,000 Americans were arrested last year for SIMPLE possesion of marijuana. Legalization will eliminate those 800,000 arrests and will allow the police to focus on violent crimes.

Your logic is fatally flawed. The only crimes being broken by marijuana users is the fact that they use something the government says they shouldn't have.

And the government is always right???? With your political persuation I would assume you believe in smaller government because they tend to get things wrong when they do anything. What makes this any different? Don't you have a states-rights view? Do you believe in the Constitution when is says to: "secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves".

Liberty - identifies the condition in which an individual has the right to act according to his or her own will.
